Is my data secure?
Yes. ASA Vault uses bank-level security including encrypted connections, SOC 2 compliant third-party integrations (MX), and JWT token-based authentication. Your bank login credentials are never stored by ASA Vault.
Why does my account show “Reauthenticate”?
Sometimes your bank connection needs to be refreshed. Tap on the account and follow the prompts to reconnect with your bank credentials.
How do I hide an account from my dashboard?
Go to the account details and toggle "Include on Overview Screen" off. The account will still be tracked but will not appear on your main dashboard.
Can I use ASA Vault on multiple devices?
Yes. You can sign in to ASA Vault on multiple devices. If you have enabled new device login alerts, you will be notified when your account is accessed from a new device.
What happens if I remove an account?
Removing an account disconnects it from ASA Vault. Any transfers and payment methods tied to that account will be disabled. Your data at the financial institution itself is not affected.
What is my Consumer Code?
Your Consumer Code is a unique identifier for your ASA Vault profile. You can find it in Settings > Consumer Code. Tap to copy it. This may be needed when contacting support.
How do I log out?
Go to Settings and tap Logout. You will be asked to confirm: "Are you sure you want to logout?"
