Get help when you need it

If you are experiencing an issue or have a question, you can reach our support team directly from the app.

Contact support

  1. Tap the Help tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Contact Support.
  3. Enter the Email Address associated with your ASA account.
  4. Describe your issue in the Message field.
  5. Tap Submit.

You will see a confirmation: "Request Sent — We’ll be in touch. We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues, help is on the way."

Report a problem

To report a technical issue, go to Settings > Report Problem. You will be prompted to select your email app (Gmail, Outlook, or Default) to send a detailed report.

Send feedback

To share your thoughts about ASA Vault:

  1. Go to Settings > Send Feedback.
  2. Rate your experience on the scale provided.
  3. Enter your feedback in the text field.
  4. Tap Submit.

You will see: "Thank you! Your feedback has been recorded."
