Get help when you need it
If you are experiencing an issue or have a question, you can reach our support team directly from the app.
Contact support
- Tap the Help tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Enter the Email Address associated with your ASA account.
- Describe your issue in the Message field.
- Tap Submit.
You will see a confirmation: "Request Sent — We’ll be in touch. We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues, help is on the way."
Report a problem
To report a technical issue, go to Settings > Report Problem. You will be prompted to select your email app (Gmail, Outlook, or Default) to send a detailed report.
Send feedback
To share your thoughts about ASA Vault:
- Go to Settings > Send Feedback.
- Rate your experience on the scale provided.
- Enter your feedback in the text field.
- Tap Submit.
You will see: "Thank you! Your feedback has been recorded."
