Verifying an Account for Transfers

Account verification

Before you can transfer money from an account, it may need to be verified.

Automatic verification

Most accounts are verified automatically when linked through MX. No action is needed.

Manual verification

If automatic verification is not available, you will be asked to enter:

• Account Number (at least 4 digits)
• Routing Number (must be exactly 9 digits)

This is a one-time process. Once verified, you will not be asked again for that account.

Re-authentication

For security, some transfers may require you to re-authenticate. Follow the prompts to verify your identity before the transfer can proceed.
