How to Transfer Money

Moving money between accounts

ASA Vault lets you transfer funds between your linked accounts.

Step-by-step transfer

1. From the dashboard, tap Move Money, or navigate to the Move Money section.
2. Select the “From” account — Choose the account you want to send money from. You will see the account name, last 4 digits, and available balance.
3. Select the “To” account — Choose the destination account.
4. Enter the amount — Type the dollar amount you want to transfer. You will see the maximum transfer limit for the selected account.
5. Select the transfer type:
   • Realtime — For institutions with the strongest connections; your money moves fast.
   • Overnight — Normally takes institutions overnight to fully settle.
   • Standard (1–3 business days) — Requires additional processing time.
6. Choose a date — Tap to select the transfer date using the calendar. You can transfer today or schedule for a future date.
7. Review the details — Confirm the from/to accounts, amount, type, and date.
8. Accept Terms & Conditions — Check the acceptance box.
9. Tap Create Transfer.

After submitting, you will see: "Transfer Submitted — Your money will be sent shortly."

Transfer limits

Each account has a maximum transfer limit. If you exceed it, you will see an "Over Limit" warning. Contact your financial institution to request a limit change.
