Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Step 1: Tap Forgot Password

On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password?

Step 2: Enter your email

Enter the email address associated with your ASA Vault account and tap Send Recovery Email.

Step 3: Check your email

You will receive an email with a recovery link. Tap the link to open the password reset screen.

Step 4: Create a new password

Enter your new password and confirm it. Your new password must be different from your previous passwords (the last 5 passwords cannot be reused).

Step 5: Tap Submit Password

You will see a confirmation that your password has been set. You can now log in with your new password.

Important: Recovery links expire after a limited time. If your link has expired, tap Send another link to request a new one.
