Logging In to ASA Vault

How to sign in

There are several ways to log in to ASA Vault:

Email and password login

1. On the Welcome screen, tap Login Here.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
3. Tap LOGIN.

Passcode login (passwordless)

If you have a phone number on file, you can sign in with a one-time passcode:

1. Tap Login Here on the Welcome screen.
2. Select Passcode Login.
3. Choose your delivery method: Email or Phone (SMS).
4. Enter the passcode you received.

Passcodes expire after a short time. If you need a new one, tap Didn’t get it? to resend. You can resend once every 59 seconds.

Biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint)

If you have enabled biometric login in Settings, you can sign in using your device’s biometric sensor:

• Face ID on supported iPhones
• Touch ID on supported iPhones/iPads
• Fingerprint / Face recognition on supported Android devices

If biometric authentication fails, you will be prompted to enter your password instead.

Trouble signing in?

If you cannot access your passcode delivery methods:

1. Tap Still not working? on the passcode entry screen.
2. Try confirming your email address, using your password instead, or contacting support.
