Customize your alerts

ASA Vault lets you configure detailed alerts for your accounts. To access alert preferences, go to your Inbox and tap the alert preferences icon.

Alert categories

You can set alerts for the following areas:

Account Security

  • Password change notifications
  • New device login alerts

Net Worth

  • Total net worth has reached a target amount
  • Total net worth has fallen below a threshold

Assets & Debts

  • Total assets have reached or fallen to a set amount
  • Total debts have reached or fallen to a set amount

Checking & Savings Accounts

  • Balance is below or above a set amount
  • Account is overdrawn
  • A deposit or withdrawal greater than a set amount
  • Daily spending has exceeded a set amount

Credit Cards

  • Balance has reached a set amount
  • Available credit is less than a set amount
  • Balance reaches $0
  • Payment posted or no payment received by a date
  • Transaction greater than a set amount

Loans

  • Remaining balance alerts
  • Payment posted or missing payment alerts

Transfers

  • Completed transfer notifications
  • Failed transfer notifications

Delivery methods

For each alert, you can choose how to be notified:

  • Push notification — Alert on your device
  • Email — Alert sent to your email
  • Text message — Alert sent via SMS (message and data rates may apply)
