Manual transaction entry

You can add transactions manually for tracking purposes.

Adding a transaction

  1. On the Transactions screen, tap the + (add) button.
  2. Select the transaction mode:
    • Regular — A standard expense
    • Income — Money received
    • Transfer — Money moved between accounts
  3. Select the Date using the calendar picker.
  4. Enter a Transaction Name.
  5. Enter the Amount.
  6. Select the Account it belongs to.
  7. Choose a Category from the carousel (or tap Show All Categories for the full list).
  8. Tap Add Transaction.

Editing a transaction

Tap on any transaction to open its details. You can:

  • Change the category
  • Change the type (Regular, Income, Transfer)
  • Hide or show the transaction from summaries

Hiding transactions

If you want to exclude a transaction from your financial summaries (for example, an internal transfer), you can hide it. Hidden transactions can be shown again at any time.
