Enrolling in Credit Monitoring

View your credit score

ASA Vault offers credit monitoring powered by Equifax data so you can track your credit score.

How to enroll

1. From the dashboard, tap the Credit Report card.
2. If you see an Enable button, tap it to begin enrollment.
3. Complete the verification form with your personal information:
   • First Name, Last Name
   • Social Security Number
   • Date of Birth
   • Street Address, City, State, Zip Code
   • Email Address and Phone Number
4. Tap Submit.
5. You may be asked Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) questions to verify your identity. These are security questions based on your credit history.

After successful verification, you will see: "We’ll let you know when your credit score is ready to view or if we need more information."

If verification fails

If the automated verification cannot confirm your identity, you can submit a manual verification request. A representative will review your information and follow up.
